SPORTUSPORT warrants its products to be free of manufacturing defects for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Our commitment to you is that we want you to be training in tennis skills as much as possible. If your ball launcher has failed you, then we will do our best to get you back out as quickly as possible. Email us to start a warranty claim.

What is covered?

Our warranty covers, but is not limited to, the following faults and damage.

• Any significant manufacturing defect
• Any significant defect in workmanship
• Any significant defect in materials or material quality

What is not covered?

Our warranty does not cover, but is not limited to, the following faults and damage.

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse or neglect
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by solvents, adhesives, bleaches or other corrosive or damaging substances
• Damage caused by modifications
