Our Products are shipped from Canada, where they are manufactured.

 We use the Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) method for our shipments. This means we take care of all transportation and import duties until the goods are delivered to you. 

 All orders above the cart limit will be shipped free of charge! Just check your cart and you will find the cart limit displayed at the top. 

 We ship on weekdays between 9:00 a.m. -- 3:00 p.m.  ( UTC-4 ) 

We understand the importance of receiving your purchases as soon as possible, and that is why we ship items in stock the same day.
